Polygreen Limited, a sister company of Polytex Industries Limited, Polypet Limited and Polyprint & Trading Limited was incorporated on 13th March 2019. It is a Ghanaian - Indian partnership established to process plastic waste into granules and other plastic packaging products. Currently, Polygreen’s production capacity is 150 metric tons per month, using plastic Waste as the main raw material base, supplied by waste collectors across the country and companies including our sister companies, Polytex Industries Limited, Polyprint & Trading Limited and Polypet Limited. Our focus is to increase value addition in the plastic waste circular economy whilst we contribute our quota in managing the plastic waste menace in the country.
The Company relies on plastic waste as raw materials, using a state-of-the-art machinery imported from Asia and Europe to ensure a higher quality and durable finished products. The Company strives to become a leading producer of recycled plastic waste products by year 2024. There are plans in the near future to increase our production capacities and to also diversify into PET waste recycling i.e. rPET. The Company is poised to supply quality plastic packaging products made from plastic waste in the years ahead within West Africa.
